Vegan chocolate mousse

Yes chocolate lovers, there is a healthy AND vegan chocolate mousse. And it is very easy to make!

You'll need:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup

Mix it all together and enjoy!

Healthy... Couscous

Couscous is a traditional Berber dish of semolina (granules of durum wheat) which is cooked by steaming. It is traditionally served with a meat or vegetable stew spooned over it. It can be eaten as a side dish, salad or dessert, and you can use it in place of rice or quinoa. 
Couscous is rich in carbohydrates and it also contains fiber, B vitamins, vitamin E and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc. Eating couscous also provides you with a good source of lean, vegetarian protein. A 1-cup serving of cooked couscous gives you 6 grams of protein, which meets 12 percent of the daily value for the nutrient.

You'll need:

  •  150 g couscous
  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tomatoes

Let the couscous soak in water that has been boiled. Stir-fry the vegetables and add the couscous at the last moment.
Mmmm.... Yum! I love couscous!
