A healthy breakfast does not only give you energy to start a new day. It is also linked to many health benefits, including weight control and improved performance. Studies show that eating a healthy breakfast can help give you:

In my opinion oatmeal is (combined with fruit and nuts) the best breakfast you can have! Why?
